We seek to provide a framework to not only find a more positive way through but to grow emotionally, physically and mentally as a result. We will introduce you to a ‘complete’ approach to changing your life. While we do touch on your past, we don’t dwell on it. We aim to provide a solid foundation of new beliefs, behaviours and goals to propel you forward.

One thing to remember is that you’re not alone; you can break free from negative thoughts and patterns of behaviour and experience a life you’ve always imagined.

My personal story was the driving factor behind One Life Live It as I found a lot of strength and opportunity to change my perspective and how to understand myself and my way of living a fulfilling life. 

Notwithstanding the fact that counselling and other professional services are incredibly useful and necessary in many cases, I found a need from people wanting to ‘learn’ from my own journey and how I adapted to life changes and difficult situations.

Throughout this process I was introduced to new ideas, techniques, ways of thinking and understanding myself, both at a physical and emotional level and how to ‘tame’ our inner ego.

We draw extensively from free-diving and breathwork, meditation and state-shift to understand areas of your life that are holding you back, break negative habitual patterns and create new positive ones that align with your future self.

Exercise and nutrition, somatic breathwork, cold exposure and ice-baths, meditation, seminars, freediving techniques amongst other ‘tools’ make up our approach to understanding how you got to this point in life and to empower you to make long-lasting change moving forward.

This isn’t a ‘band-aid’ approach to simply ‘get through’ along with the adage of ‘time heals all wounds’, it’s a long-term sustainable change in negative behaviours, limiting thought patterns and understanding our inner self.

We all owe it to ourselves to live a fulfilling, purposeful and happy life; no matter what our background, culture, upbringing or current situation. If you’re reading this, then clearly you want to change some aspect of your life too, and we’re here to help you along your journey.
